JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new personal computer systems, peripherals, networks, and end-user softwareConfer with end users to determine types of hardware and software requiredProvide end-user support in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of all technologies located within assigned office or business unit, including but not limited to laptop and desktop computers, network servicers, printers and peripherals, Microsoft operating systems and applications, and basic network devices including switches and hubsEnsure compliance with information security implications and technology solutionsEstablish and maintain positive working relationships between GTG and external technology partnersManage, control and document inventory to ensure accurate asset managementFacilitate AV Solutions with our standard and provide support on an ongoing basisEducate and train new employees on equipment use and GTG policies and practicesOrder, activate, and train on all mobile device services

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.31 - $22.28 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• iOS: 1 year (Preferred)
